Warehouse Technician – Floor

Responsible for pulling and preparing customer orders, operating material-handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, works well with a team, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

Essential Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.

• Forklift experience is required.

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.

• Receive, move, organize, and put away warehouse inventory.

• Stage orders for shipment, will call, or other warehouse processes.

• Verify products and quantities against customer orders.

• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Assist other warehouse team members with daily tasks and priorities.

• Be willing to perform a variety of warehouse duties based on business needs.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.

• Forklift operating experience required.

• RF scanner experience preferred.

• Ability to accurately pull and stage customer orders.

• Ability to safely load and unload trucks.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

• Willingness to stay busy and assist wherever needed.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
