Are you a driven sales professional with experience selling electrical switchgear? We are looking for a top-tier electrical switchgear field sales rep to cover the Texas Panhandle and Permian Basin.

Job Summary As a Switchgear Field Sales rep, your main responsibilities will include:

• · Building and maintaining relationships with distributors, engineers, general contractors, electrical contractors, and end-users.
• · Collaborating on product specifications and value engineering to meet customer needs.
• · Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have:

• · At least 5 years’ sales experience with electrical switchgear (e.g., switchboards, panelboards, motor control centers, low/medium voltage gear, transformers, etc.).
• · Ability to read and interpret switchgear specifications, one line,s and offer value-engineered solutions.
• · Experience working for a manufacturer, manufacturer's representative, or electrical distributor.
• · The ability to work independently from a home office and travel approximately 50% within your region.
• · Great organization skills, experienced at negotiations, and well versed in communicating across all levels of an organization.
• · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
